Insanity Max:30 Sweat Intervals and Ab Attack 10.... Today was Crazy... Not sure if you can even tell... but I was soooo SWEATY... DRIPPING SWEATY!!! I was determined to focus on moves that I struggle with big time.... ☆Any type of Push Ups ☆Any type of Lunges Guess What.... Shaun T puts them together in groups/intervals often... Do I skip...... NO.... I do my best, and push hard, because that is what it takes to improve!!! Dont mind my crazy laundry pile... I needed to take a break!!! ;)
