Insomnia. Everyone has it at some point in their lives. For anxiety sufferers, insomnia can be a regular occurrence. Sleep medications can make you feel like you were run over by a truck the next morning and sometimes they make the anxiety worse. This Qi Gong technique from Dr. Robert Bates works wonders. I dont get how it works or why it works. I have to confess, sometimes the Qi Gong terminology and explanations of things dont make sense to me. The movements even look a little funny. The movements work and thats what matters. There are 4 little videos in the series. You do them in order.
