Instagram scam: PLEASE READ THIS. BIG DEAL and DO NOT FALL VICTIM to this SCAM. --- Recently I was looking through my newsfeed on my Instagram There was a person named Marcia Adams who made a profile. She was promising to give away $1000 to every person that followed her. When you Google this person, it seems the named won the Mega Millions lottery two years ago. OK. This is where it gets good and sad at the same time. Search for this name on Instagram and you get 10+ accounts with 1000s of people. This is a scam. 1000s and 1000s of people are commenting with their email address (probably their main PayPal account email) and stories of sad times and what they would do with the money. You can tell the videos of the paypal balances are fake because they are the wrong font just photoshopped in and one is missing a decimal point and cents afterwards. Giving your paypal email address opens you up to phishing scams and hacking of your accounts. DO NOT click on any emails from paypal. Never click through a link to get to secured sites. You have been warned. To the person running this b*llshit... I hope you have read all the comments and sad stories on how much the money would mean to them.
