Interesting morning. Got a lead call through Zillow on a listing of mine. When the consumer asked about the property, she said she saw it on Zillow, Realtor and asked about the property at 5803 Agate St (there is no such address). When I checked ZT&R, that incorrect address was on actually Trulia (with the photos of a property that is listed for nine times as much) that had the bad information. I will attach the links below, but here is what I found most interesting; 1. The consumer didnt differentiate between the three sites. 2. She Used all three sites 3. She decided to call me through Zillow about the Tulia information 4. After our phone conversation she wanted to speak to salesperson so she could get more accurate information in a more timely manner.
