Interesting point brought up by a friend who is STILL awaiting confirmation of receipt of his registration information for WEEKS now from a certain band; when does "service" start for you ? If you are on pins and needles, anxiously awaiting to see if you got the costume of your choice is this something that affects your view of the band or do you just chalk it up to the an experience of the entire registration process? Should "great service" also include ease and lack of frustration when it comes to registration ? Or does "service" start from collection of costume or does it apply only to the road? I really want to know what "service" means to different people because to ME if I have to put up with committee attitude to get registered your service stinks from start....but, that is just me.
