Every Wednesday is my abs day whenever I hit the gym… But unlike what you might think, Im not gonna do what I call the Fat Chick routine You know what Im talking about! Step 1: Do Sit-Ups til youre blue in the face… Step 2: Do Crunches til youre ready to puke out your guts (and/or balls) Step 3: Do Leg Lifts til your lower abs and even your legs are damn near NUMB!!! Step 4: Do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio on a treadmill or stair climber This is NOT what you wanna do if youre trying to get those show stopping 6-Pack Abs that chicks get moist for!!! The REAL trick that the fitness & supplement industry doesnt want you to know about actually has very little to do about cardio and ab exercises… …and much more to do with both simple Core Activation tricks and a fat burning style called Metabolic Conditioning. Basically high intensity cardio wit exercises that engage the full body. Prowler sled runs, battling ropes, kettlebell swings, bear crawls etc. Have a look at the video i posted yesterday with Rak Tailor walking up and down the stairs with 82kg of weight. Obviously this can be adapted to suit the individual. Carry 2 dumbells/kettlebells, sandbag etc.
