Interesting revelation of the night: had Luke not deceived an entire tribe of Ewoks with pure deception and mystical Jedi powers to prey on their superstitions, they would surely have burned the main cast alive--despite their screams of agony and pain. Then the cute little Ewoks would have savagely eaten their tender human meat. I choose to believe the Wookie would still be partially alive as they begin to feed on him. I think this would make an amazing alternate ending to Jedi.
