Intern Opportunity: (Summer 2014) Intern will be supporting Construction Equipment (CE) electro-hydraulic vehicle control systems. As a intern you will get exposure to the development of model based control software for the CE product line based on system requirements/definitions and test/validation specifications for use by internal and external parties. In addition you will be exposed to: • Development of the control system software and software structure. • Execution of the software architecture and strategies, requirements for closed loop control algorithms, and related software control logic • Execution of the system requirements for the implementation of the software (hardware and Software). • Software (modules) design and implementation. Support of the unit test, modules integration test, Integration with the EE hardware, software verification. Requirements: Junior, senior, or grad student in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent. Interested in design of embedded control software, model based control design, simulations, or control algorithms design. Exposure to Real-Time Workshop, Simulink, TargetLink, Labview, CAN based tools, Virtual Prototyping or Electro-Hydraulics control systems. For more info contact: [email protected]
