International friendlies review blog Hello and welcome to the football analyst show and today were reviewing the international friendlies from Wednesday night. Adam Lallana came off the bench to chip the ball into sturridge so he could head home past Leicester city keeper kasper schmeichel who had an excellent game between the sticks. Luke shaw made his debut for england when he came on for Ashley cole in the second half. Wales beat Iceland 3-1 at the Cardiff city stadium, west ham defender James Collins gave his side the lead before Swansea defender Ashley Williams put the ball in the back of his own net to give Iceland the equaliser. Wales were back in front when burnley striker Sam votes scored and then a touch of magic from Gareth bale gave wales the 3rd to seal it for his side. Scotland caused a shock in Warsaw as they beat Poland 1-0 through a goal from Celtic midfielder Scott brown. Northern Ireland drew 0-0 with Cyprus.
