Come enjoy the beauty of Lake Luxembourg on a authentic dragon boat! 2 different sessions so if this time doesnt work, check out the other time. Join Bucks County Dragon Boat Association’s Blazing Dragons for a day on the water that you will never forget. A dragon boat holds 20 paddlers in pairs, a drummer and a steersman. It is a great sport with a dash of culture. No experience is necessary. For safety of the dragon boat, it is required that participants are reasonably fit, must be able to swim in light clothing, and must not be overweight in relation to their weight. Life Jackets and paddles will be provided. Clinic is held rain or shine (delays in the case of lightening). Approximately two-hour instructional clinic. We need 12 paddlers for this event to take place. Maximum 16. Ages 18 and up. Open to women. Register now. Bring: Secure water shoes, sunscreen, hydration and your love for adventure.
