Is it important to be wise or right ? The wise are pragmatic , serious, swim with the tide , obedient , follow protocols & norms, resonating with seniors, respecting and pleasing them. The right are people who are sincere, need rationale for their speech & actions, respecting all , who do not bend for need of the hour but bend for need of reasons, who follow rules if there is rationale or make new rules to ease peoples lives. I am proud that i am the latter on most occassions but i fear the former is what you need to be in corporate world. Do i survive being right or live happily being wise ? This is the million $ dilemma.
