Is it possible to remain lean and athletic looking with minimal exercise? YES it is. Im a classic example of this phenomenon in action. I definitely dont sit on my butt all day but I also dont perform hours of structured exercise either. So if its possible to remain lean and maintain a relatively strong physique without committing hours in the gym, why bother exercising at all? Exercise is known to reduce our risk factors for diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Exercise releases feel good hormones that boost mood. Exercise increases blood flow and improves cell function. Exercising massages the digestive tract and improves digestion. Exercise and movement is something we were designed to do! Lack of movement leads to muscular imbalance, dysfunction and pain so do yourself a favour and get moving today!
