Is it the goal of cops to make as many enemies as possible? If so they sure are doing a good job. Nobody was threatening them, the woman complied and got tazed in the back anyway... and the root cause? someone was walking in the street, which has no sidewalks. How is this in any way good for society? How do the cops expect to uphold the law when they are surrounded by enemies? This wouldnt in any other (non-war zone) country in the world. Most countries wouldnt even bother to stop someone walking in the street much less send out a half dozen patrol cars and tie up officers time like this for nothing... yet here in the usa (with the highest portion of its population incarcerated) we see can see this kind of behavior by cops every day. ohhhh.. its because of 9-11 of course, how could i forget, that woman could have been a terrorist with a bomb under her shirt (sarcasm font required)
