Is my current line of thinking weakening me or strengthening me? Is this present line of thinking supporting my true desire to perform at my best? Is this present line of thinking helping or hurting my performance? We can choose to "watch" our thoughts. Quite simply, thought choice is a decision we constantly make - consciously and subconsciously. The attention we give to our "inner voice" can often be the key to how well we perform both on and off the "field of play". In other words, the attention we give to these three questions are a DIFFERENCE MAKER in athletics and in life!
