Is posting a " disclaimer " on Facebook really going to help save City of New York Employees from disciplinary action if an employee is found violating a civilians right to privacy or good character, or a uniformed member if service who engage in " Conduct Unbecoming "? I highly doubt it, for those who truly believe that saying " my Facebook or social media page is of my own views and opinions and is no way the views and beliefs backed up by the NYPD, MTA, NYCD, DOS, DOT, DOE, PAPD, or Any other division or sub-division of the city of New York?"
