Is there anyone out there proud of the way their aging! i went to an event yesterday and saw a lot of people I knew everyone who didnt get caught u looked awesome and the people that did....well you know...Not so good! Good has been good!....I saw one friend that lost limbs do to diabetes and it hit me like a ton of bricks to get back into fitness it was a powerful impact when I walk away from him I was like Kim no more BS its time to get fit again!!!! its a must!
