Is there such a person that you can sit and consult with on buying a puppy (what kind you want and would be a good fit), then have them research a breeder in the area? Like a personal dog shopper? I get so confused at what we want, and where to find them. Also, another thought I had today was people say dont buy a puppy from a pet store, however I feel so bad for those puppies and feel they need to be rescued too!
