Room for Rent in Awesome Apartment The Apartment: One room opening up in large 3 bedroom collocation. The apartment is in a modern building just a 5 minute walk from Flagey. 2 WC, 2 bathrooms, and an open kitchen / living room. There is a small room for storage that also contains our washing machine. The apartment is very sunny and faces the sun all year long making it pretty warm even during the winter. It includes access to an inner garden. Garbage disposal is all within the building. It is furnished though if you are bringing furniture we might have room for a piece or two. No pets without the landlords permission and definitely no cats due to roommate with demon allergy to them. It is literally steps from the 95 and 59 bus lines and a short walk to the Flagey lines. It is a 15 minute walk to ULB/VUB and the Cemetary dIxelles. The Roommates: Two guys, one professional and one student. We are pretty laid back and like sheesha, boardgames, videogames, drinking, movies, food, and travelling. You: Guy or girl we have no preference. While we do speak a multitude of languages in the house (Dutch, Spanish, terrible French, and Arabic) the common language is English. Preferably a working professional that will be here at least a year. Being considerate, clean, and respectful is a must. We are looking for someone we can live and be friends with too. Lease / Room: Lease is one year starting September 1st (with option to renew). The room is NOT furnished. Cost: The rent approximately 460 Euros for everything (yes ridiculously cheap). This includes rent, charges (water and communal), electricity+gas (current however might vary), insurance, and WiFi. A security deposit of two months rent (660) is also required.
