If, you have not fulfilled the very FIRST STEP. And thus, are violating all the rest of them by claiming to BE a Moorish-American,as EVERY Moorish-American (real EL or BEY) IS a Moslem (Mu+Islam) under the HKOM and HKMSTA. There are millions of moors who ARE NOT US, all over the globe, we are blood related to them, but THEIR NATIONS is NOT OUR NATION, and if their nations are not under ISLAM and the HKOM, then they haved NO SAVING POWER. So just being a MOOR, or belonging to a NATION of MOORS is meaningless to our divine and earthly salvation. That NIC is for your SALVATION, nothing more and nothing less. If you but knew???
