Islamic Finance Jobs Islamic Banking - Product & Marketing Head Location : Dubai You will be responsible to develop, launch and run Sharjah compliant retail products for the Islamic Banking arm. You will also provide leadership and hands on guidance to the team to achieve pre-set financial / non financial targets. Drive budgets in terms of number of customers, volume and bottom line. Review the existing retail portfolio to maintain/enhance the asset quality and control risks while exploiting opportunities to maximise revenue. Develop the marketing strategy for the retail products in terms of positioning the brand and increasing market share. Identify and segment target market to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities.
