Isolation exercises!!!!! I lalalalalaloooooove isolation stuff! Try laying hamstring curl, 1 leg at a time. Squeeze at the top and control the negative part (let down) of the exercise! Same with leg press- 1 leg at a time, foot at shoulder width, toe a hair turned out, knee comes all the way back towards shoulder and extend... The heavier the weight....
