It appears this is a homeless person (he has no shoes) that is sleeping in an abandoned building. While I do not speak the language, it is pretty clear in the beginning they are asking him about Allah. Perhaps they are asking if he believes in their God, thinking he is a Christian, or perhaps they are telling him to pray to Allah. This video was made by the perpetrators reportedly by Hamas in Gaza. How could anyone question Israels need to go into Gaza to destroy the tunnels to stop them from infiltrating into their communities and doing this to innocent families.
