It breaks my heart to make my girls take care of me. This home alone thing really wore me out Thursday and Friday, and my foot was way too swollen. The nurse put me on bed rest today, and the girls have really taken charge...cleaning, cooking, bathing me...you name it, theyve done it...including comforting me when I cry. Theyre babies and should be playing, but instead theyre acting like grown ups. While I wish they didnt have to, I am eternally grateful that they are. There is no greater love than the love a mother has for her children, and today I believe I even surpassed the level of intense, unconditional love I already had for them. I have been on occasion difficult today, and Dixie Jennings and Jacy Jennings, I beg your forgiveness for that. And dear Lord, I an on my knees thanking you with everything I have for these girls. You could shower me with all the riches of the earth, and I wouldnt value any of it near as much as my children. Thank you God and thank you girls...not just for the things you have done but for the way you inspire me. I love you!
