It court time Stan vs BFA Apparently, Stan was fired on the basis that he failed to reach the targets which are enumerated below: 1. Tshosane failed to reach the finals of the African Nations Championship (CHAN); 2. and also failed to reach the semi finals of the recent COSAFA Cup as they had demanded of him. However, those demands were never in his original contract as terminal clause. Enole understand that BFA tried to insert those clause in Stan contract sometimes last year and Stan was willing reach agreement regarding the insertion of the said clause only if BFA agreed to certain national team preparations schedules and players welfare promises, However, BFA were reluctant to do so. In fact, BFA rejected Stan demand and so did Stan. Was this a case of unfair dismissal? If Stan takes BFA to court, who will win?
