It doesnt take a doctor or a nutritionist to confirm that eating a lot of meat isnt good for you. When I eat meat sparingly, I feel a helluva lot better from entrance to exit, so to speak. It is, after all, a savage inclination, this acquired taste for animal flesh, is it not? Id put seafood in a category above bird or mammal flesh, too. The last thing is cost. Meat is absurdly expensive, unless you kill your own, and that has a huge price tag too, unless you cheat, that is, poach. Why bother? Ive bought a fifteen-pound sack of the best rice for the cost of maybe two choice steaks. What do you rate a bargain?
