It has been a long hard fought battle... today was court... i stayed calm.. only upset when questioning her about her boyfriend touching the girls... he was investigated but girls didnt say he touched them in certain places so Shanna is okay with him doing it. Not sure Judge Hillary agreed... i also focused on endangerment complaint from last winter... the Judge questioned her and she lied and also played dumb... I have evidence of the lie and will address it properly. I faired well as a non attorney. Made errors but Judge was very fair and helpful. I never voiced one objection... i wanted to hear her lies and claims... other side objected to most everything i did or entered... i got most all evidence entered... she couldnt keep her stories straight... in the end at closing statements... it was she wants full custody and lots of money... my closing statement wss simple...i love my children and feel they deserve equal love and affection... what brokedown was a relationship between parents... not the children and parents. All i asked for was joint custody and stated she could have kept anything else... money didnt matter... my children do... they should not ne punished for our sins. Now to the credits... it has been a hard road like i had said... at one point i was homeless ..... i had friends to get me through... thank you to all... especially Sheryl Papendick Sias Donna Papendick Scaravilli Joseph Scaravilli Sr. Lisa Austin April Brough Miranda Hills Cairns Deanna Kloostra aka batgirl. Laura Matson-Hunt Linda Jarecki Linda Chalmers... and so many others ... my girls and I are so thankful.
