What sense does it make for the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea - TopicsExpress

What sense does it make for the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea Hon. Peter ONeil to engage a foreign company (Arabian Company Red Sea Housing) to build 150 homes for Police at the cost of K49 million? Is the Prime Minister going to build another skyscraper of 59 stories to house the police to compensate them for suppressing peoples freedom of expression, assembly and speech? What specialized skills, expertise and technology required to build the 150 police houses? When is the Prime Minister or the government of Papua New Guinea going to build the capacity of locals to engage in government projects? Is the foreign Arabian Company Red Sea Housing going to inject foreign capital into the country or take public funds out of the country? Is building the 150 simple homes is the same thing as building a rail road system in the country where we do need foreign companies? I dont see the logic why a foreign company should be engaged to build simple houses for police. Or is this company locally owned? Please, someone deny or confirm this?
