It has been a scary day and night for people across the south. Ice - TopicsExpress

It has been a scary day and night for people across the south. Ice and snow and roads either blocked or closed. Our prayers are with those of you that were stranded or had to leave your vehicles on the roads. Now, they are telling us on the news there are power outages, not good with these frigid temps! Our relationship with God is the same. Things happen in our world and we feel blocked or cut off from Him. That is when our power is cut off. But in my little southern town, people are reaching out to each other, to help in the time of need. To give food and warmth and shelter from the storm. This is what Christians should do when they see a brother or sister falling away or having a hard time in life. We should feed them the Word, share the warmth of the love of Christ, and bring them back into the fellowship and shelter them. Whether it is helping in the frigid weather or in the Christian walk, look out for each other. Thank you to all of the caring and loving folks that I know....those that have opened their homes and sheltered people. I think lives have been touched because you cared! Blessings to you!
