It has been quite some time since Bareilly city has been noticing extremists trying their level best to jeopardize long standing harmony and peace of our city. Yesterday’s incident of a BJP lawmaker from Aonla constituency visiting Bareilly’s administration to demand registration of a legal case against social- worker and peace-keeper Grand Son of Aala Hazrat Presented Of All India Raza Action Committee ( R.A.C ) Maulana Adnan Raza Qadri is yet another step to provoke his community and prepare a solid ground for next election in the state, no matter how much does it affect majority peace loving communities of city, state and whole nation. Fellow residents are advised to control their emotions and maintain peace and harmony in the city. MENTALITY AND THOUGHT PROCESS OF THIS LAWMAKER REPRESENTS THE IDEOLOGY OF EXTREMISTS WHO HAVE PUBLICLY CONFESSED THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN SEVERAL RECENT AND OLD RIOTS INCLUDING MUZAFFARNAGAR’S. Commendable efforts of Administration of Bareilly city and State government for peacefully organizing Kaanwar of this year and successfully combating extremists against their efforts of inciting violence, has sent cold waves in the backbones of whole extremism chain. This effort of Aonla lawmaker is nothing but is his frustration only. Khateta Issue: The way Muslims have no right to enter and vandalize others’ places of worships, similarly non-Muslims too don’t have the right to forcibly enter others’ places of worships and those who do it must be punished severely and punishment must be an example for all. It was claimed by the BJP lawmaker and people following his ideology that Maulana Shafeeq was trying to convert Islamic study school into a Masjid by hanging a board, which just had a name of social worker and peace keeper Maulana Adnan Raza Qadri on it, requesting for donation to build Masjid. Even if this claim is assumed to be true just for a while, this doesn’t give the right to anyone to enter this premise and vandalize it. This place legally belongs to Muslims and they have the right to decide what this place will be like. If someone had objection of any kind he/she MUST HAVE visited administration of the city and registered their concerns for review of entire issue and necessary actions against those who have been involved in wrong doings instead of forcibly entering and destroying the place. Since law & order has already been violated by a handful people led by extreme ideology, it is now expected from administration of the city to unanimously act against these extremists. Action taken must be one-sided against these extremists instead of a balancing act of involving both sides. Once again maintain peace and harmony!!!
