It is before the cross where we see who we really are, and who God really is♥ Something is wrong with the world. Something is broken. Something is wrong with all of us Deep down I believe we all sense this. We can tell something is not right and can’t quite explain why. Whether or not we are believers, I think we can agree this is true.“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23 When we come before the Cross of Christ, we become painfully aware that there is nothing we can do to be in a right relationship with God. There is nothing we can do to obtain salvation Ever since Adam and Eve committed the first sin (Genesis 3), we are all born into our sinful nature and there is nothing we can do about it. Even our world is broken which helps explain why so many tragedies happen that aren’t even in our control. At the end of the day, we are sinful and God, who is Holy and set apart from us, can’t and won’t tolerate sin Ecclesiastes 7:20 Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins. But who knows that when we come to the cross and as I do I will glance at the cross and imagine Jesus there looking down on me and says No matter what,those nails didnt held me up but my Love for You did, dont cry As much as we try to be righteous we cant be, we pray for self discipline but at end of the day we still sinners And not ashame to say Im a sinner saved by Grace♥ Isaiah 64:8-9 Yet you, Lord , are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. Do not be angry beyond measure, Lord ; do not remember our sins forever. Oh, look on us, we pray, for we are all your people. We all need a Savior and Jesus Christ is my Savior & Lord ...Yours too Thru HIM we are saved Thru FAITH in HIM we are HOLY Truth hurts but sets you FREE♥ Thank You Jesus for dying on that cross for my Sins I confess Im a sinner and I repent from my Sins I cling onto you Lord to one day see you face to face~Bev~
