It is extremely unfortunate that political parties take decisions on important and future linked matters like dividing states in a very short sighted manner and because they are linked to their electoral chances Hyderabad has been the central investment zone by individuals from across the 3 regions of Telangana, Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra parts of Andhra Pradesh. This has been the case for the past 5+ decades. If there was a situation where investment by individuals was done in a more balanced manner across locations in the State, it would have been ok to take a decision retaining Hyderabad with Telangana. But, reality is that 80% of private investment went into Hyderabad. Taking a myopic view on such an important subject will only lead to more complications in the future. I hope our Leaders do a rethink.Regards Prakash
