I sent these 2 letters to Merseyside Police & Cambridgeshire Constabulary making an allegation of Fraud committed against me by the doctor concerned on these letters. I realise this is Private and confidential medical information about me and maybe the public forum that is Facebook is not the best vehicle to put this out but, The Police have said that NO FRAUD has been committed, Well if you choose to Google the law on fraud, and the read these 2 letters which you will note are 15 days apart in January 1992, The doctor concerned is commenting about the same patient (ME -Gary Skyner) at the same examination, yet in 15 days his mention of treatment and points uplift is completely removed without any explanation THAT IS FRAUD....... All this is happening to me because I have stood up for what is right...............Its an utter disgrace
