It is my 2nd week of doing what I call the Ryan Reynolds Workout when I am lifting weights. The workout is an adaptation of the regiment that Ryan Reynolds did to get in shape for his role in Blade 3. Instead of doing the 5 reps of 5 sets, you drop the amount of weight you are lifting and do 12 reps of 5 sets. Im feeling the difference, but it should be another 2 to 4 weeks before I really see the difference.
