It is my hope that calm is slowly returning to our minds after - TopicsExpress

It is my hope that calm is slowly returning to our minds after the Ys blow, our students shocked us with earlier this month. It is evident that there is always the other side of the story, most of us probably ignored or failed to get the right information. Arguing from the underlying facts, Joanna Chase has all the facilities and environment potential to send you to the best college or else University across the globe. Personally, I do not have more pride to say I am an alumni of the University of Nairobi than to say i am an alumni of Joanna Chase and Nzayo primary school. In this case, i understand that the only way i can protect my pride as alumni is to make sure the school performs. It was unfortunate to see a student, i personally mentored score a Y!(I refer to the Brother to James Ndeto) When i met some teachers two weeks after the release, i tried to get a small hint to the whole problem: The students who took the computer option were left to discuss their project paper and therefore they send to the KNEC just a similar copy with different names. Surprisingly, the mean score is the best when compared to last three years (Kudos Joanna Chase!) Most fulfilling, i noticed that three of our very own alumni are teaching in the school (Cheers Men!) It therefore calls for our input as alumni before the matter is out of our control. In light of the upcoming get together, members suggested to meet in May this year, i which they suggested it should go alongside with motivational talk. I am still receiving suggestions and soon we shall propose a date. Meanwhile, i think we should have two committees (MSA and Nrb) to organize for actual meeting (Not facebook now). Let us raise up. This is not only an opportunity to rebuild our school, but also an opportunity to Net work our old Joanna Chase friends.
