It is official! Lola has been adopted! Lola is living on a golf course in Bonita Springs. She is living with a retired couple. She gets to ride around in a golf cart everyday. Her new parents friends are throwing them a new doggie baby shower. They report that she is absolutely perfect. She has not had one single accident. She doesnt bark at the golfers outside the door. She divides her attention equally between the husband and the wife. She has completely won the wife over. The wife said she would never let a dog sleep in her bed, lol. Guess where a little Miss Lola sleeps every night? They are madly in love with her. In fact, they are taking her shopping at PetSmart right now. I know her adopters very well; as, it is my father and his wife. I can assure you that this little girl will be spoiled beyond belief. Also, she has worked a miracle. My stepmother said she really never wanted a dog. My father swore he would never go through the heartbreak of another dog after losing his dog of 18 years back in 2002. But then they met Lola. Thank you to everyone who was involved in her rescue. You all knew she was special.
