It is official....tickets are bought, cards are signed and sealed, just a few more presents to be bought and wrapped when we get there, but Hadiya and I are homeward bound. What better place to be for Christmas but with friends, loved ones and family! Parang music fill the air, festive and christmas cheer, smell of fresh paint, warm breezy air, Sorrell, pastell, punch de cream and ginger beer, rhythm section in the streets, hugs, love and laughter from everyone you meet, eat, drink and be merry, ham, lamb and jam from everybody....I havent been home for Christmas since Mother Queen has passed (7 years this coming January 19th) so I know emotions will be high, especially on New Years Eve when the clock strikes 12:00am and that beautiful yet melancholy melody of Auld Lang Suing rings through the air.....a mixture of emotions all at once! But, best of all, the gratitude of seeing another year and another time....Oh how I love the Lord! Gods love, his mercy, his grace and his salvation to each and all.....Ashe, Ori, Ashe xxx
