It is really quite something when your husband comes home from his Administrators License Interview and out of the required 67 Competencies the team of Superintendents, State Licensing folks, and Principals only asked him verbally for more information on 2 of them. What is even more impressive is that they wanted to know more about the 2 programs he has helped to implement at his school because they had not heard about them. We have to officially wait almost two weeks for their final decision, but from everything he has told me about the interview he is going to be eligible to be a principal/AP. I am so proud of you Pierre Laflamme - this has been quite the journey.
