It is so frustrating to accomplish much on one day, and the next morning start out barely being able to stand upright. MY BACK IS THE PITS! With the weather now getting nice I am hoping I can build the strength back up in my back so that I dont keep going through this. We had such a snowy, weird circumstance, and cold winter that my physical activity was cut way back and now i can tell I am paying for it. :pissmoangrouchcomplain: If I can get motivated to get up Every. Morning. Again. And walk at least a mile, I know it will help. Anyone local to me want to be a walking partner with me a few days a week on the Melrose Lane leg of the Ma and Pa Trail? :end rant:
