It is the third day of training and participants shift from a theme to another trying to cover all the aspects that take part in the sphere of volunteerism. Yesterday they fully covered the issue of relationship, flat or pyramidal, between administration and volunteers together with a definition of administartion and its role within an organisation regardless of its size or history. in groups again, the participants conducted activities and strongly defended their opinions. Today, participants started the day with a group work trying to figure out different creative ways to tackl the issue of policies and procedures within the organisation and the extent to which having the rules of conduct could provide an appropriate environment for volunteerism. throughout the day, the groups are free to use the space they have in the room to come up with skits and create situations innovative enough to reflect their ideas! stay tuned for more details and pictures of their amazing workshops!
