It is w a heavy heart that I had to drop out of this semester of nursing school. I will retake the semester over the summer, but with major issues at home...and a 5 hour round trip drive to school 3 days a week...I simply could not be the best student I wanted to be and did not want my g.p.a to suffer, nor my future patients, with just being an average or less than average nursing student. I want to retain the information and that simply wasnt happening. Part of me feels like a failure...but the rest of me feels like this is just a road block that I have to jump over. My children always come first and I needed to keep them there. Thanks for the support from my friends and family and my children for being so patient and I promise I will not let you down. I will graduate and be the best nurse anyone could ask for!
