It is with mixed feelings that we announce we have decided to retire from innkeeping, effective January 31, 2014. Being the owners and caretakers of this grand and beautiful home known as The Fleur-de-Lys Mansion has been an incredibly joyous experience. The blessings we’ve received through meeting and caring for our guests will forever be a part of our life story. You’ve all touched our hearts and we are so grateful to each and every one of you for choosing to celebrate the special moments of your lives at The Fleur-de-Lys. You know how much we love this grand old home and you know how much we’ve loved being innkeepers, so you also know that there’s no way we could turn this dream of ours over to just anyone. No. We prayed that we could find a couple very much like us, who would love and care for this home and the guests with the same passion that we’ve had. And the Lord delivered! The new owners are Jerilyn and Gary Sadler. They’re coming all the way from Breckenridge, Colorado to fulfill their dream of owning and operating a bed and breakfast. We cannot begin to describe how wonderful they are…truly an answer to our prayers! We encourage you to book a reservation soon so that you can experience the Sadler hospitality firsthand! We wish for you all the greatest life has to offer. Of course that includes another stay at The Fleur-de-Lys!
