It seems like the number of guerrilla wars, revolutions, insurgencies, intifadas, jihads etc are on the rise right now. Unfortunately, it appears as though the world is becoming a more violent place. I would like to point out that statistically speaking people with jobs dont attend private military training camps, blow themselves up, fire off rockets or incite their peers to violence, people with jobs and stable lives NEVER do these things. Perhaps if the people with the power and money in this world were serious about ending violence (which I know that they are not) then they cold fight back without violence. Perhaps they could win their rivals over with jobs and support and consensus building. It wouldnt be easy nor would it be perfect. But, it certainly would be an improvement. Heres to hoping, Peace. (not just a word that we use when its time to jet).
