It seems more and more skeletons are tumbling down from Ubers cupboard. Another NRI lady has told the media that on November 26th in a ride in this rapist drivers cab, she had observed lecherous behaviour and had complained to Uber who as usual like any customer oriented corporation had promised to take a prompt action only to be caught with the worst, 10 days later! Looking at this case, it reveals once again how any disaster is a result of a series of failed actions and responsibilities of people and failure of systems. Any number of statistics to prove the incident free performances are of no use even if one disaster can hit you badly, and throws open the complete failure of the system and responsible actions. Like the old story of a maternity hospital that advertised our reliability is 99% which actually means, we drop just one out of 100 babies delivered!
