It seems that Oprah suffered reverse discrimination in Europe. She wanted to look at a very expensive handbag ($3,600) and the clerk, not knowing who she was, suggested that she should look at one with a lower price, on the assumption that based on her color she could not really afford the more expensive item...So what re the damages? She certainly was not overcharged based on her color. I somehow doing think that would have happened in Georgia.
