It sure sucks that BCHS is so anal about appearances and take the fun out of everything. Heard they cant wear brightly colored shoes, girls cant wear boots, they arent allowed to decorate their mortar boards....everyone just sit down and shut up. HEAVEN FORBID we treat this like a celebration. Parents are excited their kids are out on good behavior...oops, I mean ALLOWED TO WALK...and students are stoked to no longer be stifled by the suffocating rules of the high school. Just ready to get this bland, blah event over with. Too bad the school has sucked all of the fun out of it. I told a couple of them today, either way, you get your diploma. Whether you walk or not. I promise you will never be asked in a job interview whether or not you walked. Obviously that ceremony isnt for them anymore, its a show for the school to use to threaten kids into submission. A damn joke if you ask me. So done with this school.
