It takes the earth about 365.25 days to revolve around the sun. Would have been a lot easier to make a calendar where we have 13 months all 28 days, except for one that is 29 and every 4 years have 2 months with 29 days. In My opinion. Also just discovered during Roman Times, March was the beginning of the year, which would totally make sense because September, October, November, December mean 7,8,9,10.
