It was 30 degrees this morning when I headed out in the sunshine with my camera. My destination was the canal hoping to spot a duck or two. I got to the water around noon and was surprised to see a couple of dozen geese bathing. I took oodles of photos and realized that without hearing their wings flapping on the water- you couldnt get the full effect, so I took a video so I could share the awesomeness with you. I am so glad that not all the geese flew south! The ground slopes from the road to the water, so whenever I tried to move up or down the canal- the video gets shaky for a few seconds- it was like walking drunk. :) Oh, there was one lone duck hanging with the geese.
