It was Bola Ige that presented him his staff of office as a king having being called upon to assume same by the then Asiwaju of Yorubaland, Chief Obafemi Awolowo.........Since he assumed this exalted position, he has never stood for anything progressive, or anything that will be in the best interest of Yoruba or progressive politics. He is nothing like his amiable predecessor! I STAND NOT TO BE CORRECTED! Why did I say so? 1.) When the entire country voted in 1993 for Chief MKO Abiola and the military wanted to forfeit that election, they needed some notable kinsmen of MKO to give them the initial support since charity begins at home and Ife is the home! This man, without carrying along other Yoruba Obas described the annulment of the most free and fair election in our history won by a son of Oduduwa as something that makes sense..... He said IBB has explained to him(in boxes and ghana must gos) and that what IBB said really made a lot of sense and that he will go back to Oduduwa land to ask them to forget the June 12 and move on! PLEASE NOTE: He said this on a 9pm NTA News! His love for MKO was that type of love that the devil had for Job in the Bible.........He was the arrow head of destiny truncators who benefitted personally from the annulment of June 12 and the eventual murder of Moshood Abiola. However, he narrowly escaped a serious lynching in Osogbo where he would have received the most royal beating of his life! He left his cars and used his legs. 2.) Recall that he became the king during the Bola Ige administration but he did not spare Uncle Bola Ige. The murder story of Ige started right from his palace, where Ige was heavily molested, ridicled with his cap removed and hooligans physically assaulted him, right there in his palace. A day after, his political son went to OSBC a radio station in Osogbo and said that Iges life was spared simply because they did not want to kill him in the palace.....Hmmmmmmmm.....Few days after this, Bola Ige was murdered in his bedrooom at his Solemnia Court in Ibadan.......Till today, no one has the official clue of those that we suspect! Are you counting it? MKO dead because it makes sense and Bola Ige dead, perhalps sensibly too! 3.) And came another era, this time around the era of DAGUNRO. Tinubu removed forcefully, what remains of progressive politics from the jaws of the killers of MKO and Ige! He eventually became the nemesis of these destiny truncators. He alongside with other like minds ressurected the corpse of opposition and progressive politics in Nigeria. He fought politically, legally, charismatically, fearlessly and sensibly too and in the end, he conquered and caged the killers of progressive politics. Having become a afternoon star which normally gives the elders concern, Tinubu has gotten the cash of MKO and the brain of Bola Ige combined all this with the charisma of Awolowo( I know the enemies will shout Awo ke? Dont mind those hypocrites, their fathers never supported Awolowo)...... They now see a ressurecetd Awo, MKO and Ige in one man.....Therefore, the need to find another thing that makes sense to silence him. 4.) Day before yesterday, Aregbesola was sworn in for his 2nd term against all hypocritcal odds......This king did not attend but the following day when the mocker and a renowned hater of Yorubas and indeed Nigeria came to Ife to meet with the Jegudujeras of Yorubaland, this king was there with his kaaja cloth......Leading other Arebipas to welcome that mocker who once described the political dynasty of Chief Awolowo as Rascals right in Ibadan, the political headquarters of Yorubaland! I have a message for him and his types: Some of us fear no death but we worship the Truth! You have all just embarked on a your last hypocritical sojourn! You will not be able to stand this wind.....It is a combination of Tsunami and Volcano eruption! CHANGE is aggresively imminent and no blood sucking demons and haters can stop it! Baba, remove your hand from a drawless ogbono sir and put on fire a drwaing okra water! Agbonrin Esi le si nje lobe! GOBE loro yin!
