It was Christmas when Rachael had two children in hospital. Rachael was giving birth at the same time that her daughter Leah, 3, was rushed to hospital with a nose bleed that wouldnt stop. Tragically, Leahs baby brother Jack died shortly after he was born. As Rachael was planning Jacks funeral, Leah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. It was the worst thing I could hear. Theres no heartbeat...and then to be told my other child is going to have to fight for her life. Cancer doesnt respect a childs right to health.
