It was a difficult thing, but all us Auburn fans survived todays Texas Shootout with a win that many didnt expect. Many hoped that Auburn wouldnt be handed a loss similar to last years six touchdown defeat, but hoped that we would just look good, even if we would lose this game. This team and our coaching staff came through for us, and although Johnny Football has completely owned the State of Alabama football for the past year, he lost it all this today. I am amazed at his ability to play football, and it is a pleasure to watch him play if he isnt playing against your team. He has the ability to break your heart on every play. Auburn should do well against Florida Atlantic next week, but you never know. Then we go against Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, and this year in the SEC a game might go either way. I would love for Auburn to win all five of the remaining games, but it may be much more realistic to think we may win three of them. But who knows? Auburn may do better than I think they will. Alabama is the team to beat this year and I think they have won their most critical game in defeating A&M. I also think the football media doesnt give A.J. the credit he deserves as a player. He is as good as anyone running a team, maybe not as flashy. War Eagle, everyone!!!
